3. Scope of Services
The website presents information about our services in cold and freezer room construction and maintenance, central air conditioning installation, refrigerator and compressor repair, and industrial electrical works.
Services are offered to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. Quotations and Contracts
Pricing and specifications shown on the website are for indicative purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
Each project starts with a technical site survey and a written, detailed quotation specifying scope, pricing, schedule, and payment terms.
A contract is considered active only after the customer signs the quotation and submits the agreed advance payment.
5. Warranty
Each project includes a warranty on installation and equipment per the terms of the quotation, typically 12 months on construction work, plus the manufacturer warranty on equipment.
Warranty does not cover: misuse, faults caused by power interruptions or surges, modifications by unauthorized parties, or damage from force majeure events.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Securing the site, electrical supply, and necessary permits for the work.
Providing accurate information about requirements and operating conditions.
Adhering to payment milestones as agreed in the contract.
Notifying us promptly of any operational issues during the warranty period for resolution.
7. Cancellation and Refund
If a project is cancelled before execution begins, the advance payment is refunded after deducting any documented engineering study and survey costs.
If cancellation occurs after execution has started, the customer is charged for completed work and materials based on documented progress.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, logos, images, code, designs, and calculators, is owned by or licensed to Energy Cooling Solutions.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is not permitted without prior written permission.
9. External Links
The website may contain links to external sites such as supplier names or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
10. Limitation of Liability
ECS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit arising from use of the website or our services, except as required by Saudi law.
Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the contract concluded with the customer.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them shall be heard before the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh.
The parties shall first seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
